The EF Experts is an executive function coaching practice serving middle schoolers, high schoolers, young adults, and adults. We offer executive function coaching, ADHD coaching, academic coaching, career coaching, and social & life coaching. Our services are virtual, all one-on-one, built around structured methods like the Pomodoro Technique and the Feynman Technique.
We coach from experience, not just education because we know what it's like when a plan doesn't stick.
To help every client build the confidence, independence, and systems that make executive function work for them, not against them.

Virtual So You Can Get Coaching From Anywhere
Lee has ADHD himself. He knows firsthand what it’s like to struggle with attention, organization, and follow-through, and he’s spent decades building (and personally using) the strategies he now teaches to clients of every age.
After more than 27 years working across education, coaching, and behavioral support, as an Executive Functioning Coach, Behavioral Therapist, Resource Room Teacher, Academic Tutor, and Educational Consultant, Lee Green started The EF Experts to do something he'd wanted to do for a long time: build a coaching practice shaped entirely around lived experience with ADHD and executive function challenges, not just professional training.
